As the traditional Chinese Dragon Boat Festival is approaching, we sincerely extend our holiday blessings to all global customers, partners and employees. In accordance with China’s official holiday regulations and combined with the production, after-sales and delivery arrangement of our coreagricultural machinery products, Yucheng hereby formally announces the official holiday schedule and business arrangement for the 2026 Dragon Boat Festival as follows:
1. Holiday Schedule
The 2026 Dragon Boat Festival holiday will last for 3 days, from June 19 (Friday) to June 21 (Sunday). There is no compensatory work during the holiday.
All staff will resume official work on June 22 (Monday). The full business processes including inquiry, quotation, customization, production, shipment and after-sales support for all agricultural machinery and farm equipment will be fully restored.
2. Business & Service Reminders
To ensure stable project progress and uninterrupted service for our clients, we kindly remind all partners to reasonably arrange equipment procurement, order confirmation, logistics delivery and technical consultation in advance:
1. Routine office work, mass order processing and bulk shipment services will be suspended during the holiday. For urgent business demands, including farm machinery inquiry, equipment customization, technical support and after-sales service, please keep in touch with our exclusive sales manager. We have arranged on-duty staff to respond to emergency requests in a timely manner.
2. All confirmed production orders of agricultural machinery equipment before the holiday will be produced and delivered as scheduled. All pending orders will be prioritized for production and shipment immediately after the holiday to ensure clients’ farming production and project progress are not affected.
3. The warehouse and logistics department will only provide emergency distribution services during the holiday. Conventional equipment delivery, packaging and outbound services will be resumed after the holiday. Please complete the stocking and delivery plan in advance to avoid delays.
3. Factory & Safety Management
1. Before the holiday, all departments shall complete work handover and safety inspection. The production workshop, equipment warehouse and finished product area need thorough checks. Standard maintenance and dust-proof, moisture-proof protection will be carried out for all finished agricultural machinery, spare parts and production equipment to ensure factory safety and intact product quality.
2. All employees are advised to arrange their holiday reasonably, pay attention to personal travel safety and epidemic prevention, and spend a safe, healthy and festive holiday.
3. All relevant staff shall keep communication unblocked during the holiday. On-duty personnel shall strictly implement the duty system, properly handle sudden business and safety incidents, and ensure the stable operation of the factory.
